Terms of Service

1. Free Plan & Uhh PRO

Uhh is distributed with both a free tier and an optional premium subscription tier (Uhh PRO):

• Free Plan: Allows users to select and restrict up to three (3) applications and configure one (1) active focus schedule.
• Uhh PRO (MVP Benefits): Provides unlimited application selections, 365-day daily statistics retention, and seamless entitlement restoration across devices via your Google Play account.
• "Coming Soon" Features: Features designated or labeled as "Coming Soon" (or "Segera hadir") in promotional materials or roadmaps are not yet active entitlements and are not included in the current MVP subscription benefits.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, & Cancellation (Google Play)

All financial transactions, subscriptions, and billing operations are handled through Google Play In-App Billing:

• Automatic Renewal: Uhh PRO subscriptions automatically renew based on the billing period and pricing displayed within Google Play at the time of purchase.
• Payment & Management: Payment processing, payment method updates, and subscription management are handled entirely by Google Play.
• Cancellation & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your active subscription at any time via Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. All refund requests are governed by the official Google Play Refund Policy.
• Entitlement Termination & Offline Tolerance: Uhh PRO access terminates when Google Play no longer reports an active entitlement, with an offline cache tolerance of up to three (3) days.

3. Responsible Use & Device Safety

You are solely responsible for maintaining unhindered access to critical device functions:

• Emergency & System Services: You must maintain access to essential phone dialers, emergency services (such as 911, 112, or local emergency hotlines), system settings, and core device safety features.
• Acceptance Testing: While Uhh actively strives to exclude critical system applications and emergency dialers from restriction lists, you are responsible for performing acceptance tests on your individual device to ensure necessary functions remain accessible.

4. Changes & Termination

Features, operational limits, pricing, or terms of service may be updated in future releases. Any material changes will be communicated transparently through the Google Play store listing, in-app release notes, or corresponding policy updates.
