1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Uhh: Digital Detox & App Blocker ("the Application"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and NayaBisa ("we", "us", or "our") concerning your installation, access, and use of the Application and its related website at uhhdetoxme.nayabisa.com.
By downloading, installing, or using Uhh, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue all use of the Application.
2. License Grant & Permitted Use
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, NayaBisa grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and run the Application on personal Android devices under your lawful control.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Application.
- Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, or redistribute visual assets, code, or brand materials without prior written consent.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass security measures, billing mechanisms, or store entitlement verifications.
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
4. Device Permissions & Performance
The Application requires specific Android device permissions (including Usage Access and Display Over Other Apps) to detect foreground application state and present the block overlay.
- You are solely responsible for configuring your schedule rules and selecting target applications.
- Aggressive third-party battery saver utilities or OEM task killers may interfere with background alarm execution. We recommend whitelisting Uhh from aggressive battery optimization to ensure dependable blocking performance.
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (Google Play Billing)
Uhh provides free tier functionality as well as optional premium features (Uhh PRO) offered via Google Play In-App Billing.
- Automatic Renewal: Uhh PRO subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Billing Channel: All charges are billed directly to your Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
- How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- Refund Policy: All refunds are governed by the official Google Play Refund Policy and processed directly through Google Play support channels.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, design rights, user interface elements, animations, software code, and textual materials associated with Uhh are the exclusive intellectual property of NayaBisa.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
Important Notice: Uhh is a self-directed productivity tool. It is not a medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment for clinical behavioural addiction or mental health disorders.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NAYABISA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING MISSED NOTIFICATIONS, LOCAL STORAGE RESET BY SYSTEM UTILITIES, OR USER-CONFIGURED BLOCKING SCHEDULES.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Application after such revisions constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
